PRECIXION — PROC-X MANUFACTURING GROUP

PreciXion Packaging & Filling Systems

Industrial filling, packaging and end-of-line automation for powders, liquids, pastes and finished products. PreciXion engineers systems for manufacturers processing powders, granules, liquids, pastes, creams, gels and other difficult products — from a single semi-automatic filler to a fully integrated automated packaging line.

PreciXion develops systems around the product, the package, required throughput, sanitation standard and automation objective. The portfolio covers powder filling, granule filling, liquid filling, paste and high-viscosity filling, bottles and jars, cups and trays, pouches and sachets, VFFS packaging, HFFS packaging, pre-made pouch systems, stick-pack machines, inspection integration, labeling and coding, capping and sealing, cartoning, case packing, robotic handling, palletizing, stretch wrapping, conveying, and complete end-of-line automation.

The PreciXion platform is deliberately engineered to scale from semi-automatic production through complete automated packaging lines. Packaging performance depends on much more than the filler — product handling, filling accuracy, container movement, closure, inspection, coding, conveying, automation and end-of-line handling must all work together, or the entire production line can suffer.

Engineered Around Your Product

Different products behave very differently inside a filling machine. A free-flowing granule may be easy to meter. A fine cohesive powder may bridge, flood, compact, aerate, or generate substantial dust. A thin liquid may flow rapidly while a viscous cream may require positive-displacement filling, heated hoppers, jacketed product paths, or specialized nozzle design. PreciXion evaluates the filling technology around the actual product — including viscosity, bulk density, particle size, flowability, temperature, aeration, foaming, abrasiveness, product value, sanitation, package geometry, and target accuracy.

Product Handling

Consistent feeding and product conditioning protect filling accuracy, changeover time and overall line stability.

Filling Accuracy

The correct filling technology is selected around product behaviour — not simply the fastest rated machine speed.

Closure & Sealing

Capping, sealing and closure systems must be matched to container stability, torque requirement and sanitary conditions.

Inspection & Coding

Metal detection, checkweighing, vision inspection and code verification can be built into the packaging architecture.

Conveying & Automation

Conveyors, controls and downstream automation connect every stage of the line into one coordinated system.

Powder Filling Systems

PreciXion provides industrial powder and granule filling systems for spices, protein powders, nutraceuticals, flour, coffee, chemicals, pet products, seeds, grains, snack particulates, pharmaceuticals, minerals, and specialty ingredients. Powder-filling solutions are built around auger filling, cup filling, net-weight filling and multihead weighing, with the technology selected according to product behaviour and package requirement.

Auger Filling

A controlled rotating screw meters powder into a container — well suited to fine, cohesive and moderately free-flowing powders, spices, nutritional powders, flour, pharmaceutical powders and chemical products. Performance depends on auger diameter, pitch, geometry, hopper design, agitation, bulk density, fill weight and machine speed.

Cup Filling

Volumetric cups measure a repeatable quantity of product for grains, rice, seeds, snacks, free-flowing powders, granules and dry food products — providing simple operation, high speed and good cost efficiency.

Net-Weight Filling

Load cells measure actual product mass before it enters the package — particularly useful where bulk density varies, weight accuracy is critical, or product value is high.

Multihead Weighing

Multiple weigh buckets create candidate combinations, and the control system selects the combination closest to target weight — suited to snacks, granules, confectionery, frozen foods, nuts and seeds.

Why auger geometry matters: the auger is not simply a screw conveyor. Its geometry directly affects the amount of product displaced during each rotation, and the correct auger must balance capacity, fill weight, powder density, product flow and accuracy — an auger that is too large may be fast but difficult to control at small fill weights, while one that is too small may provide excellent resolution but insufficient throughput.

Powder Filling Is a Material-Handling Problem

Many powder-filling problems begin before the powder reaches the filler. A powder may bridge in the hopper, compact around the auger, flood when aerated, retain static charge, create dust, segregate, or change apparent density. PreciXion systems can be integrated with upstream product-conditioning and feeding equipment to stabilize the product before filling — and dust control is especially important, since fine powders can create poor seals, dirty packages, unsafe operator conditions, reduced product recovery, contaminated machinery and difficult housekeeping.

Enclosed Filling Zones

Containing dust at the source is generally more effective than cleaning the machine after powder has escaped — controlling airborne powder, protecting the sealing area and reducing operator exposure.

Dust Extraction

Localized extraction removes airborne particles around filling nozzles, bag openings, hopper vents and transfer points, designed so it does not remove excessive saleable product.

Deaeration & Settling

Aerated powders can occupy substantially more volume immediately after filling; settling or deaeration helps compact powder before final sealing and avoids unstable package heights.

Low-Drop Filling

A low-drop or bottom-up filling strategy reduces airborne dust, product loss and package contamination compared with dropping fine powder from excessive height.

Clean sealing areas: powder trapped in a heat-seal area can compromise package integrity — for powders packaged into pouches or bags, controlling dust around the sealing zone can be as important as the filling accuracy itself.

Liquid Filling Systems

PreciXion liquid filling systems are designed for products ranging from thin, low-viscosity liquids to more demanding formulations, including water, beverages, oils, syrups, sauces, extracts, cleaners, chemicals, personal-care liquids and other free-flowing formulations.

Gravity Filling

Uses the product’s own hydrostatic pressure to fill the container — simple, reliable and efficient for thin liquids and low-viscosity products with consistent flow behaviour.

Pump Filling

A controlled pump moves product into the container, selected around viscosity, particulates, required accuracy, chemical compatibility and flow characteristics — useful where gravity alone cannot provide sufficient control.

Flow-Meter Filling

Measures liquid passing through a controlled flow path — useful for recipe-based filling, precise measurement and scalable production.

Inline Systems

Move containers through a linear production line, providing flexible container handling and scalable numbers of fill heads at low, medium and high production rates.

Rotary Systems

Continuously move containers around a circular filling platform — well suited to high throughput and integration with capping or closing systems.

Paste & High-Viscosity Filling

PreciXion designs filling systems for difficult products that do not behave like conventional liquids, including sauces and dressings, salsas and relishes, lotions and creams, gels and serums, cosmetic products, adhesives, sealants, and specialty pastes. High-viscosity products require careful control over pressure, nozzle design, product temperature, filling speed, stringing, dripping and clean cut-off.

Piston Filling

A piston draws a defined product volume into a cylinder and discharges it into the package — a positive-displacement approach providing repeatable filling for creams, sauces, gels, pastes, lotions and adhesives.

Servo Filling

Programmable servo motion precisely controls piston movement, speed, acceleration, deceleration, dose volume and fill profile — particularly useful for rapid changeovers and programmable recipes.

Heated & Jacketed Systems

Heated or jacketed product-contact components maintain a consistent viscosity throughout the fill path for waxes, creams, high-viscosity foods, sealants and temperature-sensitive pastes.

Clean Nozzle Technology

Specialized nozzles, selected around product rheology, help provide cleaner package presentation and reduce dripping, stringing and tailing.

Flexible Packaging Systems

PreciXion provides complete flexible packaging technology for powders, granules, liquids, pastes, sachets, pouches, stick packs and premade bags — including VFFS, HFFS, premade-pouch systems, sachet machines and stick-pack technology.

Vertical Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS)

Unwinds film, forms it around a forming tube, creates the longitudinal and bottom seals, receives product, forms the top seal and cuts the finished package — widely used for powders, granules, snacks, coffee, proteins and dry foods.

Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal (HFFS)

Moves the package horizontally through the machine where package orientation, product geometry or format is better suited to horizontal handling — including flow wraps and specialty pouches.

Premade Pouch Systems

Picks, opens, fills, removes air where required, seals, inspects and discharges a finished pouch supplied to the machine — especially attractive where premium package appearance matters.

Stick Packs & Sachets

Narrow, compact package formats for drink powders, nutritional supplements, sweeteners, pharmaceutical powders, spices, samples, condiments and personal-care products, well suited to single-serve applications.

Additional flexible-packaging capability: gas flush and modified atmosphere to reduce oxygen and protect shelf-life; zipper integration for resealable, consumer-convenient packages; and date, lot and batch coding linked directly to recipe and batch data.

Bottles, Jars, Cups & Trays

PreciXion also provides complete rigid-container packaging systems. A complete rigid-container line may include container unscrambling → rinsing → filling → capping/sealing → labeling → checkweighing → case packing.

Bottle & Jar Filling

Processes liquids, powders, creams, gels and granules into glass, PET, HDPE, aluminium or other packaging materials.

Cup & Tray Filling

Used for foods, nutraceutical products, condiments, dips, sauces, dairy and specialty products, incorporating filling, film sealing, lid placement, coding, inspection and secondary packaging as required.

Capping & Closing

Integrates screw caps, snap caps, press-on closures, pumps and lids, matched to cap geometry, container stability, torque requirement, production speed and sanitary conditions.

Sealing Systems

Heat sealing, induction sealing, foil sealing, film sealing and pouch sealing are selected around package format, since seal quality is critical to package integrity.

Labeling & Coding

Wraparound, front-and-back, top and bottom labeling, batch codes, date codes and serialization interfaces for bottles, jars, tubs, cartons and pouches.

Semi-Automatic Through Fully Automated Lines

Not every manufacturer needs a fully automated line from the first day. PreciXion can provide semi-automatic filling solutions for startup manufacturers, low-volume production, specialty products, frequent changeovers and flexible manufacturing — a lower initial investment while improving consistency compared with purely manual filling. A processor may begin with manual container loading and semi-automatic filling, then progress to automatic feeding, filling, capping, labeling, inspection, case packing and palletizing.

Controls & Smart Automation

PLC & HMI Controls

The PLC manages machine logic while the HMI provides the operator interface, controlling fill quantities, speed, recipes, machine timing, alarms and safety interlocks.

Recipe Management

Recipe storage recalls validated product settings for fill weight, fill volume, auger speed, piston stroke, conveyor speed, nozzle timing and cap torque.

Servo Motion

Provides precise positioning, repeatable movement, programmable changeovers and synchronized machine operation where timing and package control are critical.

OEE & Production Data

Generates run time, downtime, package counts, rejects, fill statistics, fault history and throughput data to support continuous improvement.

MES & SCADA Connectivity

Connects packaging data with MES, SCADA, ERP, plant networks and production databases across the broader manufacturing operation.

Alarm Diagnostics

Helps operators understand what stopped, why it stopped, where the problem occurred, and what action may be required — rather than simply displaying “fault”.

Batch Traceability

Links batch number, lot number, recipe, package count, inspection records and production time — especially important in food, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical production.

Inspection Integration

Through InspeX Inspection Technologies, packaging lines can integrate metal detection, dynamic checkweighing, vision inspection, code verification and reject systems as defined quality-control points.

End-of-Line Automation

PreciXion does not stop at the filler. End-of-line capability extends through case packing, cartoning, robotic handling, palletizing, stretch wrapping and conveyor integration.

Case Packing

Automatically loads finished products into shipping cases via pick-and-place, drop packing, robotic loading, side loading or top loading — improving labour efficiency and packing consistency.

Cartoning

Places bottles, pouches, sachets, tubes and blister packs into retail or secondary cartons.

Robotic Handling

Used for product loading, case packing, sorting, palletizing and machine tending — especially useful for multiple products, package formats or frequent recipe changes.

Palletizing & Stretch Wrapping

Conventional, robotic or cobot palletizers arrange finished cases onto pallets, which are then automatically wrapped to stabilize the load for warehousing and transport.

Conveyor integration: conveyors connect every stage of the packaging line and must control product spacing, accumulation, container stability, line pressure, reject handling, transfers and synchronization — designed as part of the line, not after the machines are selected.

From Process to Package

One of the major advantages of PreciXion being part of Proc-X Manufacturing Group Inc. is the ability to connect packaging directly to upstream processing: bulk material handling → mixing → milling / size reduction → liquid preparation → filling & packaging → inspection → end-of-line automation.

AIS — Automated Ingredient Systems

Raw material receiving, silos, bulk bags, dosing, weighing, pneumatic conveying and batching feed directly into the upstream process.

QuantumX

Powder mixing, paste mixing, vacuum mixing, drying, reactors and thermal processing — finished material transfers directly to PreciXion packaging equipment.

DP Mills

Pin mills, air classifier mills, jet mills, hammer mills and cryogenic milling move fine powder directly from milling to packaging with appropriate screening, conveying and inspection.

EmulXion

Inline mixers, homogenizers, emulsifiers and colloid mills move finished liquids, emulsions, sauces and creams directly into PreciXion filling systems.

FuXion

Extrusion systems producing snacks, pellets, extrudates and formed products that can be dried, cooled and routed into PreciXion packaging.

InspeX

Inline metal detection, checkweighing, reject systems and inspection-data integration create a defined inspection stage within the packaging process.

One source. One system. One accountability. Having processing, transfer, packaging, inspection, controls and end-of-line automation engineered to operate together can reduce interface problems, project risk, control conflicts, vendor coordination, startup time and responsibility gaps.

Industries Served

PreciXion serves a broad range of industries including food and beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and personal care, chemicals, pet food, agriculture and industrial products.

End-of-Line Capability

The line can extend through case packing, cartoning, robotic handling, palletizing and stretch wrapping.

PreciXion does not simply supply machines — it engineers complete packaging performance from first package through full automation.

Engineering the Correct Packaging System

A packaging machine should never be selected only by package size or advertised speed. PreciXion engineers evaluate product (powder, granule, liquid, paste, cream, gel), material properties (bulk density, viscosity, particle size, flowability, abrasiveness, temperature, foaming, aeration, stickiness), fill requirement (target weight or volume, accuracy, packages per minute, giveaway target), package type, closure, inspection requirement, automation level, sanitation standard, and controls (PLC, HMI, recipes, MES, SCADA, ERP, traceability). Only after these variables are understood should the final packaging system be designed.

Application Engineering, FAT/SAT & Validation

PreciXion provides more than equipment fabrication. Application engineering begins with understanding product, package, fill weight, throughput, sanitation, accuracy, available space, utilities and future growth. Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing can verify fill accuracy, machine speed, container handling, controls, interlocks, reject systems and line integration before and after installation. Documentation can include operating manuals, maintenance manuals, mechanical and electrical drawings, spare-parts lists and validation support, with pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and other regulated applications supported by defined IQ, OQ, PQ and traceability protocols as required.

Packaging Accuracy & Product Giveaway

Filling accuracy affects both compliance and profitability — overfilling by even a small amount can still meet specification while creating unnecessary giveaway on every unit, which represents substantial annual cost across high production volumes. The correct objective is minimum giveaway while maintaining reliable compliance, and accuracy depends on product consistency, density, viscosity, temperature, hopper level, feeding, vibration, nozzle geometry, machine speed, container stability and controls — engineered as a complete system, not a single variable.

Complete Processing Systems

PreciXion can be supplied as a standalone filling and packaging line or integrated through Proc-X Manufacturing Group with AIS bulk handling and dosing, QuantumX mixing, DP Mills particle-size reduction, EmulXion liquid processing, InspeX metal detection and checkweighing, and plant-wide controls.
